The Ohio House of Representatives formally recognized Paige Foster,
the 2004 Jeffrey T. Hayden Memorial Award winner in a proclamation
introduced and signed by Representative Gary Cates from House District
55. Paige is a seventh grader at Ridge Jr. High in the Lakota School
District located in West Chester, Ohio.
