During the month of October, the Jeffrey Thomas Hayden Foundation (JTHF)
is sponsoring its fifth annual book drive to benefit Children’s Hospital
of Cincinnati and its satellite locations. The foundation was created to
honor a former Lakota student and support current pediatric cancer
patients.
We are collecting new books, stickers (any type), journals, music
CD’s and movie DVD’s (no VHS tapes). This year, we are also collecting
small, unopened dollar store toys to be given as incentives during
treatment. The donations will be given to the Liberty Campus of
Children’s Hospital to stock their six new book carts.
