Congratulations Keegan Day and Brady Weber!

On Tuesday, May 26th Freedom Elementary awarded two sixth grade students with the prestigious “Jeff Hayden Character Award”.  The award was established in 2005 in memory of Jeffrey Thomas Hayden. Each year, two students who exemplify strong character traits are selected by their teachers to receive the Jeff Hayden Character Award. The 2014-2015 recipients are Keegan Day and Brady Weber. JTHF wishes both recipients and their fellow classmates the best of luck in all of their future endeavors, but to always remember their roots and the importance of upholding a strong character. JTHF is honored to be associated with Freedom Elementary and thankful that the school has continued the tradition of the Jeff Hayden Character Award for 10 years.

The Jeffrey Thomas Hayden Foundation has revamped its online presence in order to raise awareness about pediatric brain tumor research. JTHF donors and volunteers play a substantial role in the fight against pediatric brain tumors. Non-profit organizations are imperative for cancer research. By taking on a more prominent role online, JTHF seeks to raise awareness and money for pediatric cancer research. Take a few moments to check out the foundation’s new website layout along with our various social media outlets. We thank you for your continued support in the fight against cancer!
