Please join us at Hamilton Elks Golf Club on Saturday, October 5th for the annual JTHF Golf Outing.

Date/Time: October 5, 2019 | Shotgun Start 1pm

Location: The Hamilton Elks Golf Club (4444 Hamilton Middletown Road, Liberty Township, OH 45011)

Cost: $125 per golfer/$500 per foursome. Price includes golf, snacks, drinks, dinner, games, prizes, and priceless memories!

• Jeffaroo $100: includes 6 mulligans, 20 raffle tickets, 3 exclusive raffle tickets
• JoJo $50: includes 3 mulligans, 10 raffle tickets, 1 exclusive raffle ticket
• Mulligans $10 each *limit 4 per player

All proceeds support pediatric brain tumor research.
